• We are not a real estate brokerage. We do not list properties, hold open houses, write contracts, or represent buyers or sellers in transactions.
• We are not your agent. Once you are introduced to a real estate agent, your relationship is with that agent, not with us.
• We are not a financial, legal, or tax advisor. Speak to a licensed professional for those needs.
• We are not affiliated with Zillow, Realtor.com, HomeLight, or any similar service.

04Who Can Use the Service

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old, are legally able to enter into a binding contract, and are using the Site for legitimate real estate enquiries.

05Fees & Payment

The Service is free for homeowners and homebuyers. You will never be charged a fee for submitting your information, being matched with an agent, or speaking with an agent we introduce you to.

We are compensated by the real estate agent we match you with — typically as a referral fee paid by the agent only when a transaction successfully closes. This compensation does not increase the cost of your transaction.

06Information You Provide

When you submit information through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and your own; that you have the legal right to share it; that you consent to us sharing it with a matched real estate agent; and that you consent to receiving emails, text messages, or phone calls from us or the matched agent regarding your enquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, clicking unsubscribe in emails, or emailing us.

07Working with Matched Agents

The licensed real estate agents we match you with are independent professionals and businesses. They are not our employees, partners, or affiliates beyond the referral relationship.

• You are under no obligation to use the agent we recommend.
• Any agreement between you and the agent is between you and the agent. You should review those documents carefully.
• We do not control the conduct, advice, or services of matched agents.
• If you have a dispute with a matched agent, that dispute is between you and the agent.

08No Guarantees

We work hard to make good matches, but we cannot promise specific outcomes. We make no guarantee about how quickly you will be contacted by an agent, whether the agent will be the right fit, the price your home will sell for or you will pay for a home, or the accuracy of any home valuation. The Site and the Service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

09Things You Cannot Do

When using the Site, you agree not to submit false or fraudulent information, submit information about a property you do not own or have permission to share, use automated tools to scrape the Site, attempt to interfere with or hack the Site, harass any person including matched agents, resell or commercialize introductions made through the Service, impersonate another person, or use the Site for any illegal purpose.

10Our Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the LeadVerdict name, logo, text, graphics, design, and code — is owned by us or used with permission. You may view and use the Site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for the actions, advice, or services of any matched real estate agent.
• We are not liable for transaction outcomes.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), unless a higher minimum is required by law.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadVerdict from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, false information you submit, or your interactions with matched agents or third parties.

13Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, particularly if you violate these Terms. The sections that should reasonably survive termination (including limitations of liability and governing law) will continue to apply after your access ends.

14Governing Law & Disputes

Dispute resolution
